1. The engine shall be suitable for use as fuel in accordance with BS2869A1 or A2 and light diesel, water-cooled, four-stroke, direct injection, natural or pressure injection, and shall comply with the requirements of BS5514, and the rated capacity of the engine shall comply with the requirements of BS5514 for continuous operation and shall be compatible with the rated capacity of the generator for continuous operation.

2. The rated speed of the engine is 1500r/min, and its normal rotation direction must be counterclockwise.

3. Equipped with electronic speed regulating device and overspeed tripping mechanism, when the overspeed of 15% cut off the fuel.

4. The cooling system is forced closed circulation water cooling.

5. The engine should be equipped with manual stop lever.

6. The engine water jacket is equipped with an electric heater controlled by a constant temperature controller to keep the water temperature about 20℃ (or according to the manufacturer's suggested temperature) to ensure that the engine is easy to start when needed; When the engine is put into operation, the heater should be cut off immediately, and the control panel is equipped with a switch for manual control on and off.

Primary power is a nominal diesel generator set. Continuous power of generator set refers to the maximum power that can be used continuously within 24 hours; The maximum power standard is: within a certain period of time, one hour in every 12 hours can be overloaded by 10% on the basis of continuous power, and the power of the unit is the maximum power, that is, the standby power.

For example, if you buy the main 400kw unit, then you have 1 hour within 12 hours can run to 440kw, if you buy the standby 400kw unit, if you do not overload usually open in 400kw, in fact, the unit has been open in the overload state (because the actual rated power of the unit is only 360KW), This is very unfavorable to the unit, will shorten the life of the unit and cause the failure rate to increase.
