Mtu 2000 DS1400 generator set is officially launched in China!

Rolls Royce Power Systems is expanding its product line in China by introducing the 18V 2000 DS1400 diesel generator set based on the mtu 2000 series. In December, the product was assembled and tested at the production base of Rolls Royce Power System in Shanghai, which was closer to Chinese customers and introduced new power supply and performance standards for Chinese users.

The mtu 18V 2000 DS1400 generator set has industry-leading average load factor (PRP: 24h average load factor ≤ 75%, ESP: 24h average load factor ≤ 85%), excellent fuel economic characteristics, scientific maintenance cycle and optimized system integration capability. Under the ambient conditions of 40 ℃ and 400m altitude, the output power of the generator set can reach PRP 1000kW or ESP 1100kW, and the power supply quality meets ISO 8528-G3 transient performance standards. At 100% rated power, the fuel consumption rate is as low as 189g/kWh, and the emission optimization model conforms to EPA Tier 2 and China III emission standards.
