Then when the phenomenon of the water tank boiling occurs in the generator set, we should carry out the following treatment:

1, do not immediately shut down, so as not to burn the cylinder bed, pull the cylinder, resulting in larger diesel generator damage accident.

2, do not try to open the tank cover, otherwise it is very likely to be hot liquid ejecta resulting in burns

3, do not pour cold water to the diesel cylinder block, cylinder head, this is likely to cause the Perkins diesel generator block due to sudden cooling and burst.

4. To remove the engine load, let the engine run slowly from medium speed to low speed, and then speed up the operation after the standby temperature drops to normal.

5. If there is a lack of cooling water, soft water such as distilled water and purified water can be added to prevent scale from affecting heat dissipation.
