4. Three filter replacement cycle (wood filter, machine filter, air filter, water filter)

Filter is to play the role of diesel oil, oil or water filtration, to prevent impurities into the body, and in the diesel oil oil, impurities are inevitable, so in the operation of the unit, the filter plays an important role, but at the same time these oil or impurities are deposited on the screen wall and filter capacity is reduced, deposition is too much, the oil circuit will not be smooth, In this way, when the oil machine is carrying, it will shock due to the inability to supply oil (like hypoxia), so the normal generator set in the process of use, we recommend: first, the common unit every 500 hours to replace the three filters; Second, the standby unit every two years to replace the three filter;

5. Cooling system

Water pump, water tank and water transmission pipe for a long time is not cleaned, so that the water circulation is not smooth, cooling effect decreases, whether the water pipe joint is good, water tank, water channel is leaking, if the cooling system has a fault, the consequences are: first, the cooling effect is not good and the water temperature in the unit is too high and shut down, Wellson unit is the most common; Second, the water tank leaks and the water level in the water tank drops, the unit will not work normally (in order to prevent the use of generators in winter, water pipe freezing, we suggest that it is best to install water heaters in the cooling system).

6. Lubrication system, seals

7. Fuel and gas distribution system
